Hello Readers!

Thanks for coming back for another round.

Many people ask me Dave what do you use to generate leads for your business. There are many and I think social media is one of the best. there so many out there these days what do you use. I find that some work and some don't. The problem is that people can be rude when trying to introduce their business to others. Any business that you are in has two things in common and if you don't do it then your like a duck with no feathers.

• It is about building a relationship with your prospects; that does not mean a 30 second talk to and then oh oh I can see it every time her comes the pitch. Folks that is a huge NO NO!
• It is a business (right?) then work it. You must pay attention to your business and WORK it.

I have built many business's home based and brick & mortar you must have goals and I don't mean make ($10,000) a month in 6 months there ARE no companies that can tell you honestly that this will happen building a business takes time and control here is one of my tools that I love to use:

Tool Number One

Here listed are a few things that you need to do to have a successful business.

• Write a business plan
• Write your business goals
• Write your personal goals (of things you will do to make your business a success)
• Advertising (what type of advertising you are going to do)
• Setup a budget (how much can you afford to spend on your business)
• Business website
• Business cards
• Set YOUR hours that you are going to work (and do it).

Hello everyone! Hope this post finds you doing well. I know that most of us make choices each day some of the choices are personal or work related. I think as we go through life we make choices each day most of the choices effect all people that we come in contact with daily.  I have found during my years of coaching and mentoring people that most already know the answer to the decision they are trying to make they just want someone to agree with them so the affirmation that it is the right decision. Unfortunately no one can make a option decision for you. That fully is up to you which way you want to go forward.

The future is sometimes referred to as what we ourselves make it. As John M. Richardson once said, When it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: those who let it happen, those who make it happen, and those who wonder what happened.

The key to this is to pay attention to what is happening around you at all times. Pick your target and keep your eye on it. It is important for you to know what you want from life and what you are willing to do to get it. 

In the words of Robert Frost: In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future,  concentrate the mind on the present moment. Buddha 

For these following categories make list and then write down what you see as obstacles in getting what your wanting to accomplish in each one of them.

• Friendship
• Romantic relationship
• Career
• Marriage
• Children
• Financial

This is not an overnight or one day chore. Take your time and do it as you think about it. When you are complete with this task. Then the second part of this is to begin making goals for each on how you are going to meet your mark on each one..

Welcome readers! Let's talk about options today! I was recently speaking with a friend of mine and were discussing business as usual and we discussed options that we had. And on thinking about that discussion I just had to share some of my thoughts:

• Personal Options
• Martial Options
• Job / Career Options
• Business Options
• Religious Options
• Body Style
• Amount of Children
• Food Options

And we could go on and on. The problem is as "I see it" people do not look before they leap. Most people just go with the flow of who, what, when & where. They allow others to make decisions for them and then wonder why they are unhappy in there current situation and are amazed that they are doing what ever it is that makes them unhappy. Look "as I see it". You must stand tall and make decisions that affect you, not to hurt anyone else intentionally, but if you are not HAPPY then those around you most likely as HAPPY as they could be.
